Anatomy
in Motion Presentation at
The Visible Horse at the GHM Horsemastership Clinic 2008
Susan Harris and Peggy Brown presented their Anatomy in Motion Visible Horse and Visible Rider demos as part of the George Morris Horsemastership Clinic in Wellington, FL January 21-26, 2008. This clinic was a week of intensive riding and horsemastership for eight top young show jumping riders, all USET hopefuls. The participants rode in daily lessons with George Morris, Chef d'Equipe of the USET Show Jumping Team, including flat work, gymnastics, and challenging jumping courses. They also took full care of their mounts throughout the week, working with mentor grooms, stable managers, veterinarians, nutritionists and other equine experts. The clinic, which was open to the public for auditing, included lectures and demonstrations by Dr. Tim Ober, USET Team Veterinarian, Melanie Smith-Taylor, Dr Kathleen Young, Dr. Danny Marks, Steve Stephens, and of course, Susan Harris and Peggy Brown. Our demo horse for the Visible Horse and Visible Rider demos, kindly loaned by Barb Wolfe, is a Percheron cross gelding, Mumby.
